Ujjawal Residences began in 2016 with a single question: why should luxury and nature be separate? We started with 20 acres in Manesar and a small team who believed that a home should give you room to breathe — not just square footage.
Ten years on, we've developed over 500 acres across Noida, and we still walk every plot ourselves before it goes on sale.
